QuestionHow many tools are there? Will there be more?

PREPToolbox contains several videos under these specific categories: Couples Communication, Skills & Strategies, Experts Speak, Coaching Tips, and Lecture Doodles™. They range in length from 40 seconds to 22 minutes. Choose a category under the “Video Samples” link and preview our current selections. We will be adding to the list.

QuestionWhat's the cost and how do I pay for it?

A yearly subscription is $119.88. Monthly, it is $14.99 and if you are a PREP-trained facilitator it is $79.95 for the year,
Click the Subscribe Now button on the top right of any page. Click the option that works for you. Then fill in the Subscription Sign Up page and hit Submit. Our secure payment gateway service will process your payment. You will receive an automatically generated payment receipt followed by a confirmation email containing the link you need to begin using your subscription. All subscriptions automatically renew.

Question How do I end my subscription? Can I restart it?

To end any of our subscriptions send us a note in the Contact section at the bottom of each page. Or contact us at or call us at 800-366-0166. We will stop the recurring charges that day. If you decide later to start the subscription again you can login and make a payment to restart your subscription.

You can access your account by following these steps:

Question I canceled my subscription. Can I get a refund?

We DO NOT provide refunds or credits. We do not provide prorated refunds if a membership is terminated before the completion date of your plan.
